I'm not sure how well it works on today's devices, since it is an older game, but Nuclear Time would fit that description perfectly. Try doing a search on Handango.

If you have a SNES emulator, Earthbound was both a Sci-Fi and psuedo-realistic(take this statment with a grain of salt because there are some strange creatures in this world as well) RPG. It is, however, one of the Best RPGs produced for that game system.

Non-fantasy RPG? As in, you're an accountant, and you have to fix the books to make it look like your company, Emrom, is actually turning a profit, instead of crashing and burning?

I don't know, but realistic and RPG have always been an oxymoron in my mind. But the closest thing I could think of is Earthbound, but it was already said.

I noticed that pocketpcsoft.net (http://www.pocketpcsoft.net/php/newg...?type=gamesrpg) has quite a few interesting RPGs to choose from. Although, a realistic, modern day RPG might be difficult to find, so I might try the Adventure/mystery genre instead?

If all else fails, you could probably install a MUD client on your pocketpc and play text RPGs over an internet connection. Or, for that matter, there should be a few text based RPG games compatible with pocket pcs that has the kind of setting you're looking for.

Cool

Remember, there are a lot of emulators available for the PPC, so if you can't find an RPG you like that's written specially for it you could always try a good old Sega, Nintendo or Playstation game. If you're not fussed about graphics you can even get emulators that will run very old PC games, Palm OS games, C64, Amiga, Spectrum, you name it.
