I think it's for WM5 version. Maybe you can try to get WM2003 version. I've tried the game I can say so far it's one of the greatest game for PPC. Full 3D. I did experienced lockups during the game but it's still a good game.

Any way it works great and speed is never better, but the only way this is true is after you restart the dell every time you are about to play

is it possible to play it with a external keyboard such as my TOBT Keyboard? I find games much easier to play on the keyboard than on the device as long as the directional keys can be configured to work properly.

Maybe you can try playing it with keyboard. Over the controls setting I can see it's optimised for PDA or to say X50/51 but the buttons can be remapped.

Yeah, you must be right.
I have already performed a hard reset to my ppc, so why not, I can upgrade to WM5 too!

Only ever played it on my X51v but had no problems installing it, though I don't envy someone with WM2003 installing the CAB file via ActiveSync....
I liked it, but need to fiddle with the button mapping a bit more 'cos it's giving me RSI. :P

Just to let everyone know, my x51v can play the game fine with WisBarAdvance , SPB Pocket Plus' Today Screen, wifi and Bluetooth running in the background. :D Now we need multiplayer of some sort!

I just have to say both Aspyr and Dell suck. They have made this game only available on Dell.com. This makes no sense. Why would you spend so much money and time to make a great game and then limit your sales to just one country. Why is it not on Handango or something.
Ive tried contacting both Aspyr and Dell about it and have got no response from them. They just dont want my money. Is p2p my only option? This is just retarted.

Likewise, I emailed their press contact email address a few times and never got a reply. They're shooting themselves in the foot with this, because it's a good game that's being suffocated by company politics.

Maybe Dell should bundled it with X51v. Since there's lots of complaint on this model. What say you guys ?

I believe that Dell x50v's and Dell x51v's are the only two PDAs that run THPS2 PPC. Are there any other PDAs that have the 3D accelorator and the VGA resolution?

There isn't an issue with Windows CE 2003. I've installed it myself dozens of times. Make absolutely sure you have 128 Megs of free space. After the game is installed, it takes less than 64 megs, but during the install, both the game AND the installer are loaded up temporarily. If the Windows CE installer runs out of space, it will falsely report success but leave incomplete or corrupted files. :(
Also, make sure you have the newest version of ActiveSync. I was using 4.0 with Windows CE 2003.
So has anyone unlocked the "Skater's Heaven" or Spider Man yet?
