Birdie, any update on when a VGA version of All-in will be available?

Realdice is pretty good. But the only thing it has got over birdsoft is the multiplayer mode.

Hi Guys,

Its still being worked on.. Im still trying to figure out what I want to do about a VGA graphics library, and I am re-working a few things and adding a few big things into the code base. Ive had some other projects come up, and have a few more lil ones and some consulting stuff, but Ive been leaving time to sneak work in on this too, as it is obviously my favorite product by far!!

I keep watching Realdice... Checked online again today.. only 4 players and a bot online, and I sat a few hands and pretty sure I saw it incorrectly calculate chips(it took more than I played), and I beat the 'superior AI' bot (and a couple of the looser players) for almost 1000 chips, in like 6 hands.... and it still doesnt quite have all the right poker rules..

So while it is pretty neat in theory, it isnt quite there yet (and I cant afford to play it over my data plan, or wifi since it eats battery), so only do so with their 'beta' level desktop version. They've slowed down on updates, they must be fine tuning backgammon...

But here's to competition... Its only driving me to get my VGA/WIFI version out quicker....

WiFi? That'd be awesome! And Birdsoft's All-In Hold 'Em has the best looking graphics and interface. NO QUESTION about that. I really like the mode without players.

And it's really slow on a lot of PDA models (on all non-Axim PDA models I've tested on), which has in the meantime been also admitted by the developer (see http://pocketpcmag.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=19669 ); they will, however, try to fix it.

I'll be happy as long as nothing is missing from All In as it stands just now. I may dabble with the multiplayer but all I want is the same logic and speed of play wrapped up in less blocky graphics for my VGA. Please keep the clock and battery monitor as well as the hints and hot/cold hands option. Anything new is a bonus.
