Hi,

Does anyone know of a good texas holdem game that is comatable with WM2003SE? I used to have Birdsoft's All in Texas Holdem on my old X5 with WM2003, But now it wont work on my X50v which has SE on it.

It works great on my X50V with WM2003SE. Do you have the latest version? What kind of problem you having?

I use Birdsoft on mine and it works fine as well.

ok, ive just re-installed it and tried to launch it, get a quick flash where two new windows seem to open but then it just hangs on my today scren, I have insalled the program to my SD card, i'll try and do it to main memory or something and see if that works

Ive tried disabling all my today screen apps and wisbar advanced 2 so there is nothig running on the x50v, but the same thing happens!??

Processor is set to 624mhz i have around 20meg free ram before i try and start the program.

Ive tried to load it with the program installed in Main Memory, BIS and my SD card but the same happens each time.

I have downloaded the latest version 2.21 from birdsoft but am still having this problem?

Can anyone help??

I'm not having any issue either with X50v and WM2003SE.
You may want to email the programmer and see what he has to say.

Sounds like you've developed a kink in your system. May be hard reset time.

nope, ive hard reset it and it still does the same, its a shame cause i really really like that game!!!!

What ROM version are you running? I'm running A05. You might try upgrading your ROM to the latest version or downgrade to the previous version and re-upgrade, incase something went wrong there. I know it sounds like a lot of trouble for one app, but the same issue may be affecting other apps and you just haven't noticed yet. You could also try the Real Dice game to see how it runs on your PDA. I assume you aren't running true VGA apps like ozvga or sevga. I haven't seen any other reports of similar problems, so it appears to be specific to your PDA or setup.

im on A06 and have been since i got the x50v, No im not running it in vga mode although i do have se_vga installed. I'll have a little play and see if i can get it to work again

According to Dell's web site, A05 is the most recent ROM for the X50V with WM2003SE. I think there is an A06 for the X51, are you sure you haven't installed a wrong ROM, if that's even possible?

Weird, I have never heard of this, if you have 2.21 of All-In it should be working just fine(it is possible it has issues with se_vga I guess?). It was developed against an x50v with wm2003se on it for quite a while(I have since upgraded that device to WM05 though) so there really should be no problems, so Im not sure what is wrong with your specific system? Do other GAPI based games work on your device?
