BT gamepad

Im looking for someone with a BT gamepad.

I just got one from a member here on aximsite and I cant seem to be able to power it up. Seems like every single battery I put in results in a long red, short green, long red, short green.

Im hoping to be able to compare with someone elses's experience with it. But as far as I can tell, its a dud because new Duracell batteries arent able to get it going very long.

I bought one hoping to use it on my x51v with WM5 and it doesn't work :0(
I've got all these snes roms that are no good to me without a good controller, not that the BGP100 is comfortable to hold anyway. It sounds like you have a dud when I turn mine on it flashes orange once then a green flash every second there after. I wish they would come out with a driver for dell axim x51v WM5, guess I'll be selling my controller on ebay.

Cheers,
Koller

You choose it when you install drivers just choose dopod instead of dell axim

Unfortunately the problem is NOT the drivers for me.

I cant get mine to consider ANY battery a new battery. Every AAA I put in gives me a Long red, short green, long red, short green. Occasionaly a brand new battery can give me about 5 minutes of use before it becomes "low battery" so its not an issue with the drivers.

Has anyone had this issue before? I thought it was just an issue with NIMH batteries providing 1.2 volts instead of 1.5 volts but even alkalines are as considered "low battery" to the pad.

Is there anything im doing wrong or is it just a dud.

If it is a dud, does anyone know how to contact chainpus for warranty? They claim 1 year.
I tried to email them with the support@chainpus.com or something and I haven't even recieved a robotic response yet. I guess chainpus isnt known for customer support.
