Wyvern is a well-known, excellent massively multiplayer online RPG (MMORPG) game with a Java client. So far, no Pocket PC-based Java Virtual Machine (JVM) ws able to run it. The new, 0.2.3 version of the free (!) Mysaifu Java Virtual Machine, at last, runs this excellent, free game 100%!!!!

Good news for you: I've managed to make CrEme (another JVM) run the game - at a MUCH higher speed than Mysaifu!!!

The only problem is that it doesn't work with WM5 devices. That is, ignore this post if you only have a WM5 device - it won't work on it. On pre-WM5 devices, on the other hand, it works just great!

Nice! just upgraded from 0.2.1 to 0.2.3 and wyvern is running smoothly!

just wanted to ask you, what is this part "wyvern.client.palm.PalmClient" for in the link?

That's the main class of Wyvern with the execution entry. AFAIK Mysaifu still deosn't parse the JAR manifest file to get the main-class attribute. (I may be wrong though, as far as the latest version is concerned - I haven't tested it in this respect.)

Excerpt from the Roundup:

"Get the installer CAB file from here ... You can directly install it or just extract the biggest file from it (CAB files are generally ZIP files, so, you can just step into them if you use, for example, Total Commander on your desktop computer) and rename it to anything.jar; for example, wyvern.jar."
