i am looking for a store that sells the sd version, i dont want to download it for $30 becuase for that i rather have something i can hold in my hand. i used the search inventory for stores like best buy, circuit city and ebgames with no luck. anyone? thank you

i was looking for more of a instore purchuse so i can go and get it and not wait for shipping.

I have the same problem. I can't find it anywhere - Handango does indeed sell it, but only on the US site, and they don't ship to the UK.

I know I could download it, but I don't think I can connect my Axim to this computer without syncing it, which would be baaaaaaad (and I really don't want to know my dad's appointments anyway )

EDIT: I tried it direct from Filao, which let me get as far as entering my currency, intention to pay by Switch/Solo card (aren't these only a UK thing???), and my billing address, then informed me it couldn't ship to the UK when I clicked the "My shipping address is the same as my billing address" box.

I am, frankly, bemused.

Sorry, but I have never seen it in store. I do know what you are talking about, but I could never find it in store. I have it now anyway so it dosen't matter.

Maybe I just got lucky....but my local CompUSA store of all places had it. It kinda ticked me off when I saw it because I did get the download version....but O well.

So maybe CompUSA near you has it?

(NOTE: It was about 5 months ago I saw it, who knows if its still there....on a related note it was the store at Park Meadows in Denver, Colorado...in case you are randomly in the area :)

Hmmm, maybe I should try PC World when I'm next near civilisation. There's a Game in town, but I don't think they do games for anything non-chavvy

Yup, I want the memory card version though, because I won't be able to sync my Axim to a PC until September... and I'd like to be able to play AoE before then

Sync as 'guest' then nothing with be transferred. You can still install.

LOL, you could get a MEMory Card reader for 5 bucks, and a 16mb sd card, and just transfer the downlaoded program like that. I didn't have ActiveSync for 4 months after my axim and it never stopped me before.
