i am a big runescape fan can i play it on a x51- x51v?

You could --- if you installed a java vm on x51v (may be a few around)

I'm assuming that the x51v can handle it, however. No promises.

We do not have java on the ppc...The closest we can do is RealVNC onto the computer. Sorry.

Let's assume it could run on the latest JVM. Even if it could, I believe it would run really painfully slow. Unless a client can get ported to the PocketPC, this isn't too likely to happen any time soon.

Funny I was just looking for an answer to this question. Its an HTML based java game. I was looking in the direction of replacement Internet browsers that supported java based apps that could work.

I say nothings impossible. Just hasn't been done right yet.

Yes, hasnt been done, and wont be done untill we see 1ghz commercial processors for ppc. (Yes, i know there is a 1ghz overclocked, but I say commercial)

Something everyone seems to forget, is the screen on a Pocket PC is rather small... You wouldn't be able to see/do anything very easily in the game...
