Still seems to generate puzzles with no solutions..at least for a Simple 3x3 Kakuro.

That is incorrect. I guess even the 3x3 are quite difficult. The answer to the one you think has no solution is in fact:

Are you still in need of people to beta test ? I noticed a trial can be downloaded or you can purchase, so Id assume your done testing. But if not Id be glad to help

Yep we always welcome extra testers. Kakuro is not on sale yet and wont be until it is perfect. Please visit the Kakuro forum at our site if you want to get involved.

It still generates puzzles without a unique solution though

Has anyone had experience of not getting the software you paid for from mastersoft?

I have used their SuDoku V1 program for several months now and found it very good. :approve: I saw the new version was available and paid for the upgrade. I have not recieved my license or even had a response to the several emails I have sent requesting It.

One satisfied customer quickly becoming an unhappy one

Hello, yes that is the wrong place for Kakuro. Kakuro is a different product to SuDoku. The beta forum is located on the support page at the bottom. Hope that helps. We're currently waiting on the puzzle generator ...

You need to stop blocking our replies with anti-spam. It is soooooo frustrating trying to help someone when they are blocking your replies

PS Can you log into our site and PM Support ? We usually reply within 5 minutes unless we're asleep (UK Time)....
