Mastersoft Kakuro
Program has been out a little over a week and now that the hype is done has anyone heard from their support staff? I've sent a message to their support and have not received and answer to why Kakuro needs at least 25.7 mg to run on my X50V. I've also put several messages on the board some of which they commented on. Even saw others having the same problems. Still no answer there either.
If you would like a run down on the problem check the last message from the frontpage forum. I think the writer there summed up the problem even better than I did.
I also checked their website and they now have questions and answers. The one relating to memory problem is even there. Answer is useless though. Possible corrupt database file or not enough memory. Deleted the file still have the problem and it either needs more than 20 mg to run or that ain't the problem either. I might also point out that the program just doesn't die and go away. It won't run and will go into a loop of error messages that is nearly impossible to break out of without resetting.
I'd love to purchase the program if I'm not going to have to disable most of my today screen to get it to work. Now if they'd come up with a solution that would work and reply to the several attempts I have made then all would be good but I can also just point out how lacking their support is and why I wouldn't buy the product. Which would be better for everyone?
