Import Characters from Everquest?

Ok, here is the deal. I want to take a character from Everquest Episode 1, and import it to Episode 2. I have heard you can do this, and have read that you need to copy and paste the .nam and .sav files over from 1 to 2. So I did this, and when I open Episode 2, the imported nam and sav files don't create a character that I can play with. Thanks for any help.

Don't copy them into the new 2 folder. Create a folder under My Documents called PocketEQ and paste the files there. Then you should be able to see them.

Hmm. Thanks for the help, but I still can't seem to get it to work. I created the PocketEQ folder in My Document, and copied the files there, but nothing comes up when I start Episode Two. The only character there is the one that I have previously created. I tried placing the PocketEQ folder in both the storage card My Documents folder, and the My Device/My Documents folder. Any other ideas? Do I need to rename the files for Episode Two to recognize them? Thanks.

The file has to be under My Documents in the main memory. Try doing a soft reset and make sure the folder you created is named exactly as follows: PocketEQ. No spaces and same capitalization.

Yeah. It was in the Software and Accessories section, under an article entitles Favorite Games. It was a section of members of the Pocket PC magazine's Gaavorite games Central forum. It has you giving you HUGE list of favorite games, and the addresses for them.

I saw it like two weeks ago, but thought that you had to know about it, and if you didn't, some one would have told you, so I didn't mention it. It was pretty cool reading an article, and seeing someone I "know".
