I dont know if this is supposed to be in the right forum but I recently purchased the Mastersoft Sudoky V2.0 and have been patiently waiting for my serial code. It has been two weeks now, any suggestion what could be done as I feel like I wasted US$15
I had no trouble, but had to request a second message once. Make sure Support@MastersoftMobileSolutions.com is not blocked by your mail filters. You need to send them the serial number on your device, under the "help" "register" menu in SuDoku, via a reply to their original confirmation of purchase.
I have been replying to their mesages providing my key and I have also been sending it to support@mastersoftmobilesolutions.com (or whatever it is as I have been replying)

Just saw your post. Did you get your serial ? We usually issue them within an hour or so.
the help file hard reseted my pda for some reason... I didn't got to make a backup...
