I went to the spb site and looked at airislands. It looks like a pretty good game, though I am wondering why there are no posts, reviews, or comments about it (What's up with that?). I think that is supports vga, and has gotten good reviews too. Does anyone know if this is a good game?

I've played it. It sucks. The mini bames that come with it (Xonix II, Arkaball II, and some bubble game) are somewhat entertaining.

I downloaded the trial. I thought it was fun, but Age of Empires is much better for the money.

It's quite fun sometimes but can get a bit boring after a while. Totally stuck with Cavemen now so no longer play that.

I bought spb AirIslands and don't think it was worth the money. I lost interest in it after about an hour and haven't played it since. I'm currently playing Joker's Quest II and Cavemen. Both are great games. The Arvale games from pdamill are a great buy as well.

I actually hate the mini games. Played them so much to gather some resources that I've grown tired of them. I wish I could just send out one of the guys to go chop trees like every other strategy game.
I have my girlfriend play spb bubbles cause she for some reason doesn't lose interest after a while.
But I HAVE to beat the game. I'm at like day 49 and have only upgraded like twice. Repairing the island is a bitch. Hopefully the reward of winning the game is worth it.
