You see, if they took a line of source code from the original TuxRacer, which is GPL, then asking money for their thing is illegal. Moreover, they _must_ provide full sources with their "enhanced" application.

Actually GPL doesn't restrict anyone from selling the software.

As has also been pointed out (bullet 4 in the Pro section) in the original review, the sources are all included.
