I have been downloading some roms for PocketGBA. and I have noticed that when the file is a .rar it does not work with the PocketGBA Program. I was wondering how to change an .rar file to a .gba file(if it is possible).!?

.rar is a compressed file standard, like .zip. Download winRAR or similar to decompress the file

LOL, .rar is like a folder. Extract the file from the .rar. winRAR is what you need.
