It should first be written ;) I've always wanted to create a realy roundup and full review of all the emulators available, but haven't had the time, as yet, to really do it.

Nevertheless, there's a very nice list (but NOT evaluation!) of current emulators from CharlyV can be found here (also see my comments here).
