Anyway, emulators started a debate when they were first used to run commercial stuff but unless there is no copyrighted material used IN the program, there is no reason to fear anything.
But, since the DS is the only mobile device to run DS software full speed in such a tiny machine without bugs and Nintendo booms, there is no need to fear any sell probs either. In fact, if you go the legal way, you even have to BUY DS games to emulate them, which means even more profite.
