I WANNA PLAY GAMEBOY GAMES ON MY PDA ,WHERE CAN I GET THE EMULATORS AND WHEN I GET THE EMULATORS ,WHAT NEXT HOW DO I GET THE GAMES TO PLAY OR WHERE DO I GET THE GAMES?

Ok, please do not post in all caps as some consider it rude, but for me, it just makes it hard to read. You can find a GBC, GBA, GB, NES, SNES, SMS, GG emulator at Morph Gear. But it is not free. If you want some free ones, check out the emulation section under games at Pocket Gamer. As for ROMs, request for ROMs and/or links to ROMs are not allowed on this board due to legal reasons.

games: cant help you on this I'm afraid

emulator :www.clickgamer.com :pocket64 is a good place to start
its not free (its about €6 or so) but its cheap and good

Does Nintendo think these emulators are OK to use and distribute?

There is no problem with the emulator, the problem is with the ROMs. The ROMs are illegal, emulators are not. I suppose an example could be syringes. It is legal to buy syringes, but not to use them to shoot up with drugs.

You can also try PocketHobbit a freeware C64 emulator at http://www.omnytex.com/ph/

I like it but that may be because I wrote some of it :)
