Key mappings
What defines the keymappings in games such as gfDoom and Pocket Quake?
For me, I was able to go into fullscreen and use hardkeys and the d-pad to play, and the Voice Memo button to back out to a menu. Now, all I can do is move and the only way to exit is soft-reset. What would cause that? ActiveSync? background processes? Also, I think this is the same reason I can't do a single thing in Pocket Quake -- I can make the menu show up, and move the cursor but not actually select anything. In the Buttons control panel --- I have the following set : Calendar -> calendar Contacts -> contacts Messaging -> Notes Home -> <Rotate Screen> Wireless -> Aximsite WirelessPower Voice Memo -> <OK/Close>

It appears my key bindings got altered. Windows Mobile recognizes them fine, but any game or app that traps the key events get screwed up. They see all the buttons as #229, not as "Up Arrow" or "Softkey #1".
A hard reset fixed it.EDIT : Found the culprit -- when using Asukal's IME 3.1 -- the IME SIP method defaults to katakana -- this breaks most games it seems -- so you have to hit the "英数" button before the game launches into fullscreen mode. I have yet to contact Asukal and see if he/she's able to modify or alter the default SIP setting.
