It's a known very good emulator that's one of the few that get still updated frequently. It's a MAME (not to mistake with the actual program) emulator supporting also NeoGeo ROMs and finally has SaveState support which was the reason for me to rate it a 4 out of 5 on my Emulators Page (since this support is pretty rare on such Arcade Games if not "none-present")

well i just tried it michu and all i can say i sim bloody amazed!!,i had final burn on my xbox so i was a little sceptical about how it would run on my axim.The speed adn quality is really good considering the limitations.Im glad i found this :)
