Pocket GBA Won't Save

I don't know why but my Pocket GBA isn't saving on both the games I've tried. None of the slots appear to be even being saved to when I click save and when I try to load nothing happens. If it makes any difference, I downloaded the direct installation files and folders and installed them on my SD card. What's wrong?

Just solved my problem by looking around your forum, I didn't have a SaveData folder. Thanks!
