There is a 70-or-so-dollar bluetooth gamepad available, but that's about it. Some people have considered making gamepads via snap-on keyboards, though, and the Wiimote uses Bluetooth, so if someone's willing to take the work done on Windows machines and get it working on the X51v and other pocket PCs, things would go well.
Of course, SNES games would still be difficult to control until they get the Classic Controller working, and then you're still paying a lot if you're getting the controllers for just PDA use.
