i tried using both version 0.11 and 0.12 optimized xscale version on my x51v, both give a gray screen, although the xscale version plays the intro demo sound...but i have no video...anyone know how to fix this?

me 2....it seems that the game doesn't support WM5 device...

pocket quake 2 is gapi (wm2003-2002), later wm5 devices run on gdi & 2700g (x51v/x50v. also your handheld is vga, i have spent hours trying to get it running, and no one seems to be interested in porting this to 2700g.
