(Repeat Post) The BEST Snes and Gameboy (color) emulators

I've searched (because I know how everyone hates to answer something more than once!), but I am not satisified yet.

Today I was getting ready for my 3-1130 shift at work and I wanted to play some classic Gameboy games. What is the best Gameboy emulator that can emulate standard and color games? Also applies to Super Nintendo. Tried PocketSNES, doesn't load ROMS however.

Sorry for the inconvenience! I usually wouldn't ask such a question (I even went to Michu's emulation page to check some out), but some emulators cause problems. I have an x51v for the record, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

I have an x50v. In my opinion, for GB it's Pocket Gnuboy. I have had good luck with it. For SNES, the best emulator is PocketSNES. These both run great for me. let me know how you make out...make sure you use the gapi tweek with PocketSNES.

PocketGnuBoy for GB/C
Snes9xPPC for SNES
(as I have the same problem with the not loading PocketSNES versions, none of the work here -.-)
might be slow with sound on yours though, so check it out ;)

The only thing I dislike is that there's no free GB/C emu doing a good landscape mode as it seems to be a general GAPI problem with them...
that's why I often keep stuck with MorphGear (GDI in landscape driver can be slow for some though) that is still one of the top in some cases. I know it's often said that it might be slow on wm5.0 devices but since the SNES module is freeware, I would at least check it a try... maybe it works faster for you (both are ports of the SNES9x btw)

Uhm, which is the GAPI tweaked version, I can only remember the accelerated one...
