to tell you the truth i have never seen a free pocket pc sports game and even if there is one im sure its not too good.

I havnt found one in my recent searches either. Baseball and tennis addict look really good though. They are pay though.

I could sugest getting an emulator and then you could get games for nes or snes, maybe then you could get some free sports games. But it would be illegal to get them if you didn't have own the original game, and I know you couldn't do a search on google on ROM's and find any......:-)

Just to make sure this thread doesn't go the wrong direction. Aximsite does not allow the discussion of ROMS. Emulators are fine to talk about, but please don't discuss the ROMS for them. Also, please no links to "free" pirated software of any sorts. Thanks.

That is all fine and dandy, but freebie C64 roms are a minority in the ROM discussion realm. The rules of AximSite have been made clear, and should be abide by.

Just to clear up the confusion. The majority of ROM discussions on our boards have been about "Where can I get NES ROMS?" or SNES, Genesis, GBA, etc...

There are VERY VERY few open-source ROMS of this type. A few "homemade games" are out there, but come on....this is not what people are looking for.

In the past, I have seen some discussion forums to eventually be shut down because they allowed links to these types of ROMS. It would be a shame to see Aximsite shut down in the future over something small like this. If you have any legitimate links to open-source and/or freely-distributed ROMS for whatever platform that you would like posted in this forum, please send the links to me, Chris, or some of the other mods. We'll be glad to verify that they are legal, and post upon verification.
