For some reason I don't get good speed at all when I play Super Mario Advance 3. I use an x50v so there must be something I'm not doing right since other people talk about getting great speed on pocketgba with their x50vs. Even after Setting the proccesor for maximum performance and using the 2700g accelerator the game only plays at 5-7fps and 96-98% speed.

also sometimes when I try to load a game it just hangs at the loading cart screen, and the game never loads. I've found that this problem can be fixed by deleting the saved files of the game before trying to play it but I still don't understand why I get this problem.

And on fpsece whenever i use the lbf gfx option the pda just hangs at a white screen. it works when i use gapi though but gapi is slower.

oh and for the record Im a noob when it comes to owning a pda. in fact Ive only had mine for a couple of weeks now so its possible that the answer to my problem is that I didnt download something that every other user on0 this site has already downloaded.

I hear about people talking about a program called pocket hack master but I shouldnt need to overclock my processor for pocketgba to run faster than this (or should i?) and for the record I haven't installed the gapi tweak in case that has something to do with it. so Im not sure how to solve these problems on my own.

No overclocking needed, I guess, I have the same device and it works just fine.

PocketGBA: Up to now, you (always) have to change the System Options "Use Cart. mask" and "Patch Cart". 98% of speed is super fast but I don't know how that can conform with 6 FPS?
It's very strange as the LFB problem under FPSEce, that's NOT normal, perhabs you should Hard Reset your device... never heared about such a problem, I hope your device isn't damaged.

well ive figured out the problem with fpsece. the white screen thing was being cuased by that message that says, memoy critically low close one or more programs to increase program memory, or something like that. but for some reason that prompt only causes a crash when lfb is used. anyway I know how to avoid.

anyway as for pocketgba, Im gonna try it again with the options you said to have on as well as make sure i have the right fps number for it. oh and one more thing, would using the gapi tweak make pocketgba run faster?

Edit: blargh! 6fps is right.... using cart mask, and patch card didnt help. well I doubt its my pocket pc. fpsece runs as fast as i thought it would. in fact tales of destiny 2 runs full speed in battles, but only in battles. also pocketsnes runs most games at full speed so I dunno......
