If I have two Axims and I buy, say, Sim City 2000. Can I download it to both Axims legally. Also, what if I have to do a hard reset? Can I just re-download it from my desktop, or is it a one time download?

Legally, you're normally buying ONE license for the software. So for two devices, you'd need two licenses. As for redownloading....you can normally get another copy very easily. If you purchase via Handango for instance, the download link stays in your account so that you can redownload if you need to.

Personally i dont think theres anything morally wrong with installing it on a second axim IF you own it. The rule is to try to get people not to give it to all their friends or to put it online and such.

If its your friends axim or something though, yeah itd be wrong.
