PocketGBA Cache

Hi guyzzz
I am new in pocket pc world 'clie and treo hardcore user'
Plz I’ve tried to play gba games using my asus a730 'yes yes i know its better than axim :)' and pocketgba
When I open pocketgba its told me 'after hardrest' I’ve only 8mb cart
Then I installed pocket mechanic and played with cache settings and I got 16mb cart size BUT its worked only few times and its show me 8mb again 'no new sofrware installed' the question is what is the best way to set the cache settings in pocket pc ?

and when I played 16mb cart zelda minish cap 'the only game I’ve tried'
The sound was verrrry bad!!!

What the best settings that I have to do to get best gamepaly like installing dll's , mod's or tweaks

And is there a program that let me to use flash disk as cache or to join flash disk with main memory?

PS:
Pocketgba is the best emu for gba right ??

Sorry for my bad english and I’m sorry for my long post too
