OK, so I'm a dope.
I couldn't figure out how to hard reset my Ax (lost my manual already!) and needed to just start over so I could move most of my programs from the Ax to my 64mb SD. So.... I pulled out both batteries and reinstalled all the software where I wanted it to go.

Now about my problem...
I reinstalled EQ SOE and everything went fine, but now it won't accept the registration code I got when I bought the program and Sony hasn't returned any of my emails asking for help.

Help the silly idiot. PLEASE!

That's weird that it won't take your registration code. You didn't do anything goofy with your user name, did you? If you change that then the code wouldn't work. That's the only thing I can thing of. Sorry.

I had the same problem, and I even though I was enterning in the same owner name, but it still wouldn't work. I just ended up re-entering my name using various spacing and such until it finally work.
