I am planning on making a pocket pc website that delivers flash games online. I want to make it a subscription service where users pay between $1 to $3 to cover hosting, bandwidth, etc. The games will be between 550kb and 2.5MB for easy download into the device. Once it is downloaded it is stored in the ppc cache and you don't have to be connected online to continue playing. I just want to get some thoughts and feedback. Thanks

I generally avoid subscription services because in the long run they'd be expensive. Would this be hosting games you create yourself? What kinds of games would there be? Any examples?

I agree. In my opinion, you would be better off setting the site up as a retail site instead of as a subscription site. I would rather pick and choose the games I like and decide which ones I want to pay for.
