Asteroids?

Anyone know if there is a ppc version of the "old" asteroids game. You know the one with simple outlines on a black screen. You know you loved it!

Something like this??

Asteroids

Sorry the page is not in English. Just click "Pocket PC 2002" under Download. Then click "Asteroids für Pocket PC 2002 herunterladen" to download the file.

I just installed it, when you unzip the file from your pc just drag and drop the "arm.cab" file onto your axim. it doesn't matter where you put it. When you open it it self installs into programs files. Haven't played it yet but looks great.

yeah...games were simple back then... just click, destroy, click, destroy...now it seems too many of the games today can get too involved (too much drama). Some of them are good but, I do miss the days of click, destroy click, destroy.

ARRGG... I unzipped it a level too far. The CAB files keep showing with a WinZip icon and it has tricked me more than once on PPC installs lately!

Thanks.

There should be a setting in winzip to unassociate files. You should be able to remove the .cab file association with winzip to avoid further confusion.

Yes, I know... I have just been pondering how it got associated with .CAB files to begin with as I am the only one that uses this system...

Anyway, I will eventually unassociate it in XP so I won't get confused again.

Thanks!
