Yeah, I have been trying to find the ancient ruins of nordok for hours!...help!

Oh boy. It's been a few months since I played, but I think they are south of the desert, which is south of town. I think .

It's that time of year again. I need a new holiday avatar... Is there anyone up to the challenge?

They are definitely in the Desert of Ro. They are toward the western edge of the Desert. Make sure that you cover the entire desert and you will see the outline of the ruins. You have to enter through a vault that goes underground and make sure that you have plenty of health and manna because you will need them. It was, IMHO, one of the most challenging levels of the game.

Yeah it isn't there at first, but after you talk to the militia leader it shows up. It is in the west, north west part of the desert.

Is this a good game? It sounds interesting - Ill look into it maybe

This beautiful let down wasn't so beautiful at all

I really enjoyed it; so much so that I also played episodes 2 and 3 after finishing the first one. However, now that I've finished them all, I am anxiously awaiting a new episode. No news yet.

This is definately a game worth checking out! I was kind of reluctant to spend the money on EQ, but I have never regretted it. I have all 3 episodes, just haven't had time to work on 2 or 3 yet.

 

It is not a deep RPG by any means, but there seems to be an underlying story and it IS a lot of fun to play.
