Is there a way to install games/programs to the SD Card?

Is there a way to install games to the SD card instead of to the internal memory. I've just installed Tomb Raider (which looks fantastic) but its eaten my memory.

Thanks in advance.

There sure is. When you sync to install it will ask you if you want to install to the default location. Tell it no. Then when it pops up the next dialogue box, click the drop down arrow, select SD card, and go from there. Easy as pie! :-)

Welcome to the board as well.

Apart from unticking the "Install in default directory", you can always install in the main memory, and then simply move the whole dir to one of the cards. Delete the shortcut, create a new one (pointing to the correct dir), and you're done

Not quite done.

The uninstaller won't work because the registry entry will be pointing to the wrong installation directory. You need to edit the registry to correct that.

If the application associates itself to a file type, you will also be hosed, as the registry entry for the association will point to the wrong location for the application. That will have to be fixed, too.

Well, I was talking mainly about games (where no reference to the program is inserted in the registry), but indeed for programs that do so, you have to modify the registry as well (it shouldnt take more than 10 seconds anyway )

It would definitely be easier (and safer) to just install to the memory card to begin with.
