Much as I loved Donkey Kong and might be interested in this game: This is a 1 level beta test version with no trial but they want 4.95 USD???

Maybe I'm over-reacting but this just doesn't seem right to me...

Whatever happens, I'm sure they will get sued for using an already-licensed game. Kong is licensed by Nintendo already and once they get wind of it, the company who makes it is probably going under. The game is even the exact same storyline and graphics. People can get an emulator for free, why buy this?

I was so amazed (stunned?) at the pay-for beta test that the license issues didn't even occur to me. Yes, you're right, this does seem to be a blatant ripoff of the original game.

That's a new one. Never had to pay to be a beta tester before. Don't think so....

No way would I pay for beta testing. They should be paying us to test for them.

I am not sure but I think you can get the rom for that and play it on MameCE... And it would be the original arcade version.
