1398 in standard. Board cleared once. Too embarrassed to say how many games I've played--OK, close to 1000, but I don't play out the screens that don't look promising.

Does anyone know how the scoring system works, i.e. 1 marble = 2 points, 2 marbles = X points, 20 marbles = Y points etc?

It is marbles x (marbles - 1). i.e.
2 marbles = 2 x 1 = 2
3 marbles = 3 x 2 = 6
4 marbles = 4 x 3 = 12
5 marbles = 5 x 4 = 20
6 marbles = 6 x 5 = 30
7 marbles = 7 x 6 = 42
8 marbles = 8 x 7 = 56
9 marbles = 9 x 8 = 72
10 marbles = 10 x 9 = 90
etc
