Two adventure games released in one week cool.

I am liking this game. Just haven't got too far yet. I'm stuck - is anyone else playing this that might be able to help?

Seems not too many folks are making much head way with BCL...Have read the other threads going at present as well.
In my inventory I have;
swipe card, letter, bullett, degama's letter, VIP card, trojan jack, small disk, spunkmeyrs file, black book, rubbers.
I know the black book will go to the newspapaer kiosk and get the radio..have started the game a few times in case I missed something! - but can't get further than Hudson B'ard, Metchet St, backstreet, Matamoto B'ard and then back to the hotel....can't seem to find a way to any other location.
Hope someone is compiling a clue list as they progress...maybe I'll start again and document as I go.
I enjoy these type of games, would love to try Myst but have done this on the PC.
Not sure if any of the above if is any help right at the moment...but I will keep playing the game! - or trying to.
Where are you stuck?
