For those that have been around the block a few times... I have a question. There are lots of new games coming out... but the one that keeps people taking my PocketPC when I am not looking is... EGGHEAD... a freebie that was given out by Clickgamer a few years ago...??? I think last year was Eggstreme Yolks Revenge... so it must have been the Easter before... right...???

Anyway... my question... did they ever develope the game for retail...??? It is still one of my favorites for a few reasons... it is played in 100 seconds... about all this man can stay focused... (no responses necessary... but thank-you)... and the game play is fun... plus it allows diagonal moves... Diamond Mine is good but once you are used to having diagonal moves you feel like something has been taken from you.

The only thing about the freebie that was made available to us is that it does have a bug that crashes the game occassionally... and of course the nag screen when you leave the game. Sooooooooooo... did they...???

I see lots of games like Diamond Mine... Bejeweled... or Eggstreme... but what about plain old Egghead...

Eggstreme Yolks Revenge is the the Retail version of Egghead. Like you said Egghead was a free version. Eggstreme Yolks Revenge is now sold buy www.clickgamer.com There are two modes of play one against the clock. This to is one of my fav games to.

I realize that Eggstreme Yolks Revenge is the current retail version... however I do not find it has the charm that the original Egghead has. So I guess the answer is no... and they have no plans in re-releasing it.

From what I remember the clockworks different... it is dyanamic... in that you can expand the game time... Egghead is always only 100 seconds...

I expected you to chime in... I don't like the crop circles... I do not mind the DX Animals or whatever they call it, but it is the same game as Eggstreme...

I see so many games that work on that concept... how come only one Egghead... and no retail version.... plus the bug is annoying.. occasionally you will get booted from the game... and if you are not on a screen that has the icon for the game you have to reboot. The top part of the game covers Wisbar and the Start menu...

Thanks for the suggestion... I think I will just continue to play Egghead and deal with the small annoyances...
