After playing argentum I feel like playing more stradegy with descent graphics on this ppc, I read somewhere a long time ago that warcraft the original was going to come out for ppcs but then never heard about it again, so is AOE in the same catagory? Is it really that good? I tried it for like 10 min and didnt get too excited, maybe its time to reinstall.

Wait a sec... wasn't the orginal warcraft a DOS game? And isn't there a DOS emulator for Pocket PC?
Hmmm... could be interesting :)

So Nitro, you gonna try to get Warcraft to work under the Dos emulator? :) Post back if you get try it could really be intresting..
Anyone know where to get the emulator? Then would you just put the original Warcraft on your ppc? As I recall it was quit large.

Any one of the games listed above would be good for the PPC, Strategy games in general are good for on- the- go, from my prospective!

cool man, has anyone tried that pocket dos for those older games?? I guess you'd have to have a copy of it to try it, I don't have any dos games tho, so we need an update!

Umm, hate to burst your bubbles, but PocketDOS only works on a 8086/80186 architecture (8-bit), but if my memory serves me correctly, Warcraft was 80386 based (16-bit), plus it had extended memory requirements. If you get it running, kudos to you, but I wouldn't keep my fingers crossed were I you...
