Has anyone tried any of Max's free games? They are A Viking Saga, Cities, and Warring States.

They look interesting, but I haven't tried them as of yet. A quick review of his site leads me to believe they may require allot of time and patience to learn. At this point I'm definitely short on the former.

I have tried Warring States and Cities... and they are good. Warring States is like a Civilization Lite. I have heard good things about Viking Saga as well but have not had the opportunity to try it since I am now using a device running exclusively in vga.

I downloaded it and installed it, then it asked me to install something else -- can't remember what it was (eVisual Basic?) -- so I uninstalled it.

Rethinking my decision, I wonder, what was it asking me to install, and would that have used yet more of my system ram?
