Ok. I only have one $20 bill to spend so its either Hexacto's Emperer's Mahjong or it's Landware's Shanghai. I've played both and really like Landware's Shanghai but haven't had a lot of chance to play Emeperer's Mahjong (although what I've played of it, it was really good.) For those of you out there that have one or the other, what do you think?
There is a freeware Majohng game that is pretty decent. I think it is called Lena's Pocket Taipei. Check out the games compatible with 2K3 at the top of the forum. It's in there somewhere :)
I have both myself, as I like the tile-matching style Mahjong games. To be honest, I find myself playing Emperor's Mahjong more often than Shanghai. Shanghai has more tile options and layouts, but Emperor's Mahjong just seems more professional to me. Plus, you are actually working towards a goal (one that I have yet to get to :D).

I can't claim to have played Shanghai, but I absolutely love Emperors Mahjong. It is without a doubt one of the most professional tile matching games I have ever played. It is really great.
I was playing Emporer's Challenge last night and kept getting kicked out of the game. I would make it up to 9/12 and then *poof* out of the game. Anyone else had this happen to them?
Oh! I'm gonna have to start Insaniquarium again. :D Oh, speaking of pets, I saw a virtual dog that resides on your today screen that is in development. I hope it is actually finished.

I love Chess. Kasparov Chessmate is ok. I just wish it had more of an interactive tutorial. I want a chess game that will help me become a better player, not just tell me where to move a particular piece.
