Has anyone found a good Spider Solitaire download? I've looked at what Handango has, and don't like any of them. Any ideas?

I have had CTCards for quite a while and really enjoyed it. In addition to Spider Solitaire, there is Pyramid, Spades, Klondike, Poker Solitaire, and more! When I originally downloaded it, it was freeware, but it now costs $14.99 with even more games. It's worth it for all you get. The link is:

I download a Spider Solitaire game from Not-big-deal Games last week and found it pretty good. They call it Patiences Gold.
1. It is free:cheers:
2. It contains three solitaire games: Freecell, Klondike and Spider
3. Did I mention it is free? :approve:

The game isn't 100% (I'd give it a 95%), but you get what you pay for. Hope you enjoy it.

I also have this Patiences.....i found it to be very slow....especially when dealing the cards. but it plays just fine. and yes its FREEEEEEEEE

Yeah, it does deal cards slowly. The other thing I dislike about it, you have to be VERY precise about where you are moving the cards. If you are off by a fraction, you have to go back and drag them again (and somttimes, again and again).

Yes that is a pain too. there has to be another alternative to get a free spider solitare.....

i have actually not played this version because it is so slow in a long time

There has been a new version of Patiences Gold released, it contains 8 solitaire games: Freecell, Klondike, Spider, Pyramid, Pyramid Golf, Golf, Forteen Out and Yukon.
The biggest improvement I have noticed is the speed at which cards are dealt can be sped up.
So there you have it, a fast dealing, free, solitaire program. Now I just need to learn the rules to Fourteen Out, Pyramid Golf and Golf. :)

I found out that Patiences Gold contains now 10 solitaire games. And it's still free.
