FPS and Speed probleming using my HTC WM6 with pocketGBA

Hello, I just recently started using the pocketGBA and I have extremely low FPS (2-4 FPS) and speed being 50-60%. My phone is a HTC TyTN_II (Kasier)
its processor is a QUALCOMM MSM7200-400MHz, ram being 128mb

I try to run the pocket GBA on "2700g accelerator" but it never loads the games with this enabled... I dont go in full screen and I disable sound, while closing everything else, running from a 8gb memory card and still get the slow speed and FPS :(

anyone can tell me how I can boost the FPS? I'm reading all this "Axim x51v" stuff but I dont understand it >.<

BTW I was running golden sun 2 if that helps, on idle it runs at 60-64% and 4fps
ran FF tactics and I got 7-8 FPS at the begining and a wooping 90%~, but it slowly went down to 4-5 FPS and 70-75%~ :( it says 0Hz on "snd" for both games

anyway to optimize my settings? with this software? >.<
My phone was recently released, I brought it in late 2007 so I dont know why it wont run on the "2700g accelerator" thingy sobs :(

BTW I have about 60-70MB free ram before I run GBA pocket...

BTW 3: I tried using xcpuscalar to overclock the cpu but after installing, when ever I try to open it, it would just restart the phone...
I've tried VARIOUS overclocking programmes... but none of them seem to work. tried smartskey.0.60, opens but nothing comes up, if i click it again it asks me to close or not
omapclock - loads for a spilt second only then closes...
OmapClockPlus - loads but the register/unregister + clocking changing is disabled...

Anyone know a working overclocker for HTC tytn II?
