Aximsitesoftwareicon Having troubles with DOS emulation on Axim

I am using a dell axim x51v with custom 6.1 firmware (its ok to talk about that here now, right? :hide:). I've read the DOS emulation article, although I'm still not getting it. I only just recently learned how to use DOSbox on the pc, and am loving it; but am still a relative DOS novice.

I have two DOS games I would like to try and play on my axim.

Darklands - RPG type thing (~15mb)
Dune 2 - RTS (~9mb)

I have loaded up both nopdos and pocketdos on my axim, with little success. nop refuses to load at all, I click on the executable in file explorer and then it basically crashes my machine. Pocketdos will start up fine, but won't do much else. I managed to start darklands, and then it just says this requires x amount of memory, and closes. (I know the emulator is designed to be an old machine, but can't it use the Axim's actual memory?). Starting up Dune 2 it goes

C:\>
C:\>cd dune2
C:\DUNE2\>
C:\DUNE2\>Dune2 (enter)
_

And then nothing happens. It still seems to be running but nothing happens.

Also, if anyone more experienced would like to tell me; I was curious if I would be able to run my all time favorite dos game, Mechwarrior 2 (~140mb). I have been playing this on DOSbox for a while, and love it. I know Quake and similar games have been ported, so I'm curious if it would be possible to get this to run.

Or any other DOS game for that matter....
