Any Luck w. DOLPHIN 32bit Audio?
Hey all, I have recently had a chance to use DOLPHIN for the first time and OMG is it amazing. I have The Twilight Princess and Wind Waker ROMs that I have been testing with it. The video emulation looks beautiful for what I have seen so far. :approve:
I have noticed that openings to games tend to run about 30-32 FPS on my machine, but once the game actually starts it drops down to about 15-16 FPS on average. I realize how new the emulator is so I am not completely heartbroken over this as I can’t imagine how good this Emulator will get with time.
What I was wondering is if anyone has had any luck with the Audio emulation in the 32 bit version of the Emulator. I have seen many videos on YouTube with people emulating Metroid Prime and Smash Bros with a decent frame rate but the main things being the Audio is working! I have read the details on the videos and they are using the 64 bit version but I wouldn’t think that should make a difference between whether the audio works or not, just how well the emulator performs on a given system.
Has anyone else that is using the 32 bit version of the emulator had any luck in getting the Audio to work? Also I would be interested to know the average FPS you are getting from openings to games, and during gameplay. (Correction, cutscenes in games are running at 15 FPS while game play is slightly higher now that I think about it.)
