Ok, I have FPSEce 0.96 and the GAPI 2.0a tweak running on my Axim x50v with WM5 A01.

I cannot for the life of me get FF7 to emulate properly. I have tried every setting I can think of but nothing fixes it. Also, every time I run the GAPA driver FF7 will not even launch! FPSEce just sits at the file explorer where I select my iso. Eventually, I will hear some sounds in the background playing really slow.

If I run without the GAPI then the video is extremely choppy and the sound is out of whack.

Help please? What are the correct settings?

Oh, great. Now after trying to use the GAPI tweak I cannot get FPSEce to launch FF7 at all! It just sits at that screen where I select my game. I just don't understand why this would happen now.

Possibly that the Axim's 624mHz processor cannot handle that much of memory-intensive gaming? Emulators use a lot of RAM and processing power.

It should be able to handle it. Search youtube for "fpsece x50v" and watch the first video that comes up to see it in action. So its gotta be something I'm doing wrong. It's odd now that the game won't launch at all.

Apparently, FPSEce 1.0 runs a lot of games at full speed. There are some vids of that on youtube posted by some of the beta testers. Quite impressive. I am anxiously awaiting its release.
