Jawbreaker Addicts?

Anyone else out there addicted to this silly little game that comes with the ipaqs.... I guess simple and quick is more my speed....:)
A little chance, a little skill, and only two minutes to play!
It's like a little dose of video crack....

Not since it was called Bubblet... and my high score was just over 1200... if you were wondering... since then... I don't play it. Actually I don't even play games anymore... the last one I think was the 2nd series in Everquest... But Arvale looks promising...

Everyone in my department was hooked on it back when it was called Bubblet. Only 3 out of the 12 had PPCs though. I play it now once in awhile. My wife's definitely hooked on it now.

I let my wife use my Axim X30 to play a game of Jawbreaker and I have not been able to get my hands on it since. She is highly addicted to it. I have suggested to her that I would buy her a PPC of her very own but she would rather have me spend the money on shoes for her!

Why are people addicted to Jawbreaker when there have been tons of inexpensive and free games that have more features than it? Pocket Gems by pdamill, which is a bit more expensive, has everything Jawbreaker has and more, except I think Jawbreaker is VGA compatbile and Pocket Gems is not, but that doesn't make a huge difference.

Okay... I don't know much about the shoe thing.... but I've been playing jawbreaker for a few weeks now... hi score on standard has been 1500 or so... But I started playing sets of ten then resetting the stats... and have gotten averages as high as 700 over ten games....

Also... I know other games have more features and exciting graphics.... but I'm not a gamer at all, really, and I thinks it's the simplicity of the game that gets me.... As well as the fact that you have to think a little.....

I'm a chess player, too, and Kasperov Chess rocks!

I don't get the shoe thing, but then with the RA I have I am pretty limited on what I can wear anyway so it's not a big deal. Give me a new PPC any day! :approve:

Man, this game is sooo addictive. I dont normally play these types of cheap games but I can't get enough of it! I've played 133 games w/ an average of 475.65 and high score of 1150.

I like Jaw Breaker and my wife also likes Shoes

And she also likes playing Bust em on my iPAQ. Fortunately I got a new hx4700 so she inherits my old 3970 and she can do with it what she likes. For me there is no way to play bust em on my new hx4700. I have a fear to scratch the display.
