i remember when i spend 2 hours configing my pocket quake 1 to work and be have a sideways view, and now i dont even care about pocket quake lol.

yeah i didnt like it much either. spent alot of time trying to get it to work also.

playing quake on a ppc is a cool little novelty.. not too practical.. esp on an axim with a kinda crapy d-pad and using a stylus to aim..

it gets old fast

Controlling it is not easy....

Well, same thing could be said about playing Ultima Underworld on a PPC. Its an absolutely AWESOME RPG, but the controls on any PPC are just impractical......

Try Hexen or Heretic on your Axim! These run much smoother and are very playable!
