I have only played Worms a few times, but I do like it more than Snails. The sound effects are much better :) It did take me a bit to get used to the controls, though. In snails, you can use your stylus. On Worms, you have to use hardware buttons (unless I missed something somewhere, which is entirely possible). Both games have demos, you should check them out :)

With the current discount on Worms I was seriously considering purchasing it. I have Snails but another variation seemed really cool. Well from what I can tell from the whopping 18 minutes or so that Hexacto let me play the demo, I would go for Snails. Here's why (MY OPINION)
-Snails has background music. Worms doesn't. In fact, Snails has amazing background music that ads to the atmosphere significantly. The sounds in Snails are much better too.
-Snails has background graphics. Worms doesn't. It feels like you're just playing in space in the Worms world whereas in Snails the backgrounds really add to the atmosphere (again).
-To add to that...the graphics are just better in Snails.
-Snails has a better frame rate. There is no slowdown in Snails. Worms frustrated me when a wimpy 10 pixel explosion brought my 400 to it's knees.
There is probably more but I just wasn't impressed with Worms. If you are having serious issues then just buy both. If you do it now you'll only be out $20 (Worms = $11.95 (till Nov. 1) + Snails = $9.95). Use that 15% discount from handango (floating around here somewhere) and you're in even better shape!
My vote goes to worms. I really like having the terrain generator that you wont find in Snails. The only thing missing now is the Holy Handgrenade...;)

Didn't know they had worms for pocket pc so i installe dit on my X30High and it doesn't run. All it does after i tap the worms icon is open up light simulator but it looks like it runs in the background as i still see my today page. Doesn't seem to want to start fully. WM2003SE issue?
BTW, i installed it on my SD card. Does that make a difference?

Thankz
you have to install it to the main memory. But then you can move the main files over to your SD Card. But make sure that you create a new shortcut in the games folder to the file, since you have moved it. ;)
