Getting games into Games

I'm trying to download Games (usually freeware stuff). When I get a zip file, I would like to place it on my SD card. How do I do this? I would also like to have games icons I place on SD card show up in Games. Is this possible?

You have to install the game from your PC first. Then when Add/Remove programs shows up in Active Sync, it will ask you if you want to install to default location. Say No, and then you can choose to install to a memory card from the pull down menu.

Thanks. Should the games I install on SD card appear as icons in Games folder (in Programs)?
Also, when I unzip files, there is a whole long list of files. I assume I only move one file? Sometimes when I move the (arm, cab, exe) file, the game will not open on my Axim.

Ok, if the file you downloaded is .cab (be sure to check because it will usually look like a .zip file), then you need to transfer it to your Axim and run it from there. It will then install itself.
If it is a .zip file, and you unzip it, then you will need to run the .exe file to install the program.

In general, games will usually show up in the games folder. If it doesn't, you can copy and paste a shortcut to make it appear in the Games folder.
Don't move files around after you install a program. When you install a program to the PPC files are formed in the registry to tell it where to look to run the file. So when you move the files, it will be looking in the wrong place, and therefore won't run.
