That just means you can't install the game to your desktop PC.
When you see this kind of thing, it means the exe file you may have been trying to run was meant to be run on the PPC. It's probably the game, not an installer.
This file is maybe part of an unzipped package?

Put the folder back together (collapse it) and copy it complete to the axim and try to open it there. Chances are it will install itself and disappear.
